Who can become an Associate Member of WAIS?
Associate Membership of WAIS is for applicants with a recognised tertiary qualification in surveying of at least two years’ duration, and at least two years’ experience as a Surveyor since graduation. Membership options are available for full and retired members. Please address any questions to the WAIS Executive Officer via email or call 0424 177 510.
Before completing your application, please ensure you have prepared:
- Certified copies of your tertiary qualifications in surveying (JPG or PNG image files)
- Read the WAIS code of ethics which you must accept to become a member
Once you have completed your online application, your membership login details will be emailed to you. Your application will be reviewed and tabled at our next Board meeting for approval. On acceptance, your Membership Certificate will be emailed to you.

Fees are automatically pro-rated for members applying after the start of the financial year.
